No, I'm pretty sure they stack. It's like bonuses to Armor Class; deflection bonus doesn't stack with deflection bonus, but it does stack with every other kind of bonus. The exception to this rule, of course, is the dodge bonus to armor class. I'm not sure what kind of cred would be analogous to this example, though
